The CLENDER ultrafine grinding mill is an Air Classifying Mill that integrates grinding, classification, and collection into a single high-efficiency dry ultrafine grinding system.

 

Core Principle:Grind, classify, and remove fines instantly to avoid over-grinding.

Its operating principle is as follows: material is fed into the grinding zone through the feeding system, where it is pulverized by the impact and shear forces generated by a high-speed rotor. The ground particles are then carried by the airflow into a built-in dynamic classifier wheel, where fine particles are precisely separated as qualified products under the balance of centrifugal force and aerodynamic drag, while coarse particles are automatically returned to the grinding zone for further milling, forming a closed-loop grinding system.

Finally, the qualified ultrafine powder is efficiently collected by a cyclone separator and dust collector, enabling fully enclosed, dust-free production throughout the entire process
